A great tasting cup of coffee begins with the 100% certified organic, shade grown beans we carefully select; then we slow roast the coffee. 

We do not rush the roasting process.  By carefully managing the heat; slow roasting allows the beans flavor to develop while in the end, creating a great smooth cup of coffee.  Our coffees are never over-roasted and will not upset your stomach like charred coffee beans will.
