We believe your great tasting cup of coffee begins with the 100% organic beans we buy, then we slow roast your coffee. We don't rush the roasting process, instead we spread it out over a longer period of time. By carefully managing the heat; slow roasting allows the beans flavor to develop while in the end, creating a great cup of coffee. Slow roast does not mean over roasted, you won't find charred beans here. Just the opposite, our coffee will not upset your stomach like over-roasted coffee can.
